Agreement

User agreement and personal data processing

R.R. Logistics LLC (address: Azerbaijan, Astara, Azerbaijan Avenue 22/29) uses the data you provide to respond to inquiries submitted through the website.

What data is collected

Only the data you enter yourself in the inquiry and contact forms: name, phone number, email address, subject and message text.

What it is used for

The data is used only to contact you, respond to your inquiry and prepare a shipping quote. It is not sold or passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

How the forms work

The forms on the website do not store data on the website: when you press the «Send» button, your inquiry is passed directly to the company's Telegram. If it cannot be delivered, your device's email program opens with a ready-made message to info@rr-logistics.org — it reaches us only after you send it yourself. When you press the WhatsApp or Telegram button, the conversation takes place in the corresponding messenger.

Retention period and withdrawal of consent

Data is kept as long as necessary to handle the inquiry. To withdraw your consent or request deletion or correction of your data, write to us at info@rr-logistics.org.

Company details are provided on request.
